Work With Us

Pick the desk that fits.

Every working conversation with us starts at one of these, and it goes straight to the person whose job it is.

A still life against a large smoky quartz cluster: a lit pillar candle, a green enamelled singing bowl, a leather-bound journal, a bundle of white sage, a white selenite wand and three pale blue-white tumbled pieces on dark timber
Inside the Town Center at Cobb store: a teal bench under a neon sign reading oh darling you are magic, a macramé rack, open timber shelving of bottles and specimens, and plants along a white wall
Lease us a spaceCenters, brokers, developers, tradeshows, and events. Gokhan Yavuz reads every inquiry, and every inquiry gets a reply.

About the word “ethical”

Work hereThe floor, the warehouse, the head office, or running a region. Salaried roles, and a resume file we actually keep.

Collaborate with us

Creators, brands, press and production crews. Shoots and partnerships, with no follower minimum and no rate card.

The stores photograph better than they have any right to, and enough people have asked that there is a proper way to say yes.

This is the desk for creators, brands, press, and productions. Four quite different asks arrive here, so the first thing the request desk asks is which one you are.

The store they ask about: the flagship has a hand-painted starfield ceiling, a curtained reading nook, a wall of lit specimens, and a black-and-timber palette that behaves under almost any lighting. It was built to sell crystals. It photographs like a set.

The Stoneage flagship at Mall of Georgia: a mounted dinosaur skeleton on the left, two person-height geode wings of golden crystal on the right, and a hand-painted starfield dome with a gold star lantern above the round timber counter

How a collaboration usually goes

Creator collaborations usually start with a visit and a gifted piece. Where an audience genuinely responds, that grows into an affiliate arrangement, and a few of those become paid campaigns. The fit between your audience and stores like ours is the whole conversation.

What there is to work with

  • The floor

Starfield ceiling, round timber counter, lit specimen walls, and a space that reads as one continuous space on camera rather than a series of corners.

  • The nook

A curtained alcove with a zodiac table cloth, a working candle, and a neon sign that is the most photographed object in the building.

  • Out of hours

The store to itself, before the mall opens or after it closes. It needs landlord approval and a security escort, and we will tell you honestly how long that takes.

  • Someone who knows

A staff member who can name every specimen on the wall. On camera that matters more than you would expect.

What we can clear, and what we cannot

  • Inside our lease line, we decide. The sales floor, the nook, the counter, the specimen wall, and the storefront glass shot from inside are ours to say yes to, and we can usually say it quickly.
  • Beyond it, we genuinely cannot help. The concourse, the mall exterior, the food court, another tenant's storefront and every piece of mall signage belong to the landlord. That approval runs on its own timeline, usually ten to fourteen days, and neither of us can chase the other's.
  • Insurance is not a formality. One million per occurrence and two million aggregate, with three additional insureds named: our operating entity, the property owner, and the management company. Certificate holder is not the same thing as additional insured, and we do check.
  • No open flame, incense, haze, or fog. It is an enclosed, fire-suppressed mall. A false alarm empties one and a half million square feet and ends your shoot day before it starts.
  • Nothing is fixed to the ceiling. It was painted by hand and it is not coming back.

Every shoot is bounded by what a mall tenancy actually allows, and those limits are published rather than discovered on the morning. What we can clear.
