Terms of use

This is the corporate website of Stoneage Natural Rocks Inc. It exists to explain the company, its stores and the work it does. Our online shop is a separate site with its own terms, and buying anything is governed by those, not these.

Read it, share it, link to it, print it. That is what it is for.

Do not try to break it. Specifically: no attempting to gain access to systems or data you are not entitled to, no scraping or automated collection that degrades the service for anyone else, no submitting anything through our forms that is unlawful, deliberately false, or intended to harm someone, and no uploading files containing malicious code.

We can restrict access if any of that happens. We would rather not have to.

The photographs, text, illustrations, layout, and the Stoneage name and logo are ours or licensed to us. The store photography in particular is our own — it was taken in our rooms, of our material, and it is not stock.

You may quote from this site with attribution, and you may link to it freely. You may not republish it wholesale, use our photographs commercially, or present our material as your own.

We take care with this site and it will still go out of date. Store details, hours, counts and descriptions change. Some figures on the site are our own estimates rather than measurements, and where that is true the page says so beside the number.

Nothing here is a warranty. The site is provided as it is, we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of error, and we do not promise that anything on it is complete or current at the moment you read it. For anything that matters — an address, an opening time, a live job — check with the store or the source the page points you at.

We link to our shop, to map providers, to review pages and to a job board. We do not control any of them and we are not responsible for what they say or do. A link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the specific thing we linked to.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — and in a few states some of these exclusions may not apply to you, in which case they apply only as far as that state permits.

This is a website, not a service you depend on. If something on it is wrong and it matters, tell us and we will fix it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and we each agree to that.

We may update these terms. If we do, the date at the top changes, and continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.
